We do not currently deliver products to addresses outside the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK may purchase items and have them delivered to a UK address.
Order value, Carriage, Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Minimum Order Value
The SA-Shop Online has a minimum order value of £10. This is to give you the best value for money, as handling a shipping costs for mail-order can make small purchases uneconomic.
If you would like to place an order where the total value is under £10, please use our "contact us" page to send us your message.
Delivery
The cost of carriage and delivery is determined by the weight of your consignment. As you add items to your shopping cart, you can use the "shipping estimator" button to show approximately how much your consignment will cost to deliver. The actual cost is displayed during the checkout phase of your visit. We aim to send out your consignment within 48 hours of your order being placed and accepted. However, please allow for 10 days delivery time as there may be factors that affect your order (such as product availability, courier services, postal delays, etc).
All deliveries are subject to signed receipt.
Customers may collect their goods from our shop - if you select this option, we will contact you to advise of suitable collection times. There is NO CHARGE for collection. Proof of ID is required when collecting from the shop, e.g. driver's licence, passport, recent utility bill.
Returns
Please do not return goods without contacting us first. We will advise you of the returns procedure when you contact us.
You have 7 days (after your receipt of the goods) to contact us to discuss returns.
We are unable to accept returns for perishable foods, open or used items. All products returned to us must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
The cost of returning items to us is for your account when goods have been correctly supplied.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled only PRIOR to their despatch. If your order has been shipped, and you then wish to cancel it, you will have to follow the returns procedure (described above).
